RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope your RIU piece feels right the moment it arrives, but if something isn’t quite perfect, see below for our return and exchange policy.

Please note that most styles are created from deadstock materials and in small quantities. If we don’t have your preferred size or colour available for exchange, we’ll offer an alternative or store credit.

DOMESTIC (INDONESIA)

Please notify us within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

Condition – The item must be unworn and unwashed.

How to start – Email us at hi@planetriu.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange. We’ll reply within two business days with next steps.

Shipping – Return shipping is covered by the customer; we recommend a tracked service. If you’re exchanging, we’ll send the replacement piece out at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).

RefundsWe only offer refunds in the case of a genuine product fault. We don't accept refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. We’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange. The piece must be returned in its original condition.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale.

Cross-border logistics can be very complicated when operating from Indonesia. Due to customs limitations we cannot accept any exchanges or returns. We encourage you to double-check sizing and reach out before placing your order, we're here to help!

However if you believe your item has arrived with a genuine fault, please follow the steps below within 5 days of delivery so we can review your case:

1). Email us at hi@planetriu.com with the subject line: Faulty Item – [Your Order Number]

2). Include clear photos of the issue(s), along with:
– A full image of the item
– Close-ups of the specific fault(s)
– A photo of the packaging and shipping label

3). Briefly describe the issue, including when you noticed it and whether the packaging was damaged in transit.

4). If approved, we’ll offer a refund in the form or store credit.
